In 2017 Chris decided to take some time out from the corporate world and had the opportunity to spend 9 months travelling, discovering Europe, Canada, West Coast of the USA and New Zealand. This provided the opportunity to reflect on where he can add the most value to business owners and organisations which resulted in him establishing Ellivate Consulting. Chris has been able to realise his passion for helping others achieve success in their chosen fields where he has worked with a with organisations across financial services, technology, healthcare and recruitment.
Chris holds a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Australian Institute of Professional Coaches (AIPC) that is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Chris is also accredited in personality and behavioural profiling through DISC Advanced.
